Big ol' grilled Angus Rib Eye, baked potato, grilled asparagus. The place said their sour dough starter was imported from France and 200 years old. So they said.

Steak. Did a ghetto-sous vide for half an hour in a big pot, then seared it for a minute each side, added a little butter and into the broiler for ~4 minutes. Sweet onions sauteed in last night's leftover hamburger grease. Mmm. Was going to have with a Kasteel Rouge, except I found it tasted like cherry cough syrup and was undrinkable, so having an Ommegang Rare Vos instead.
