tyrion Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 New Years Eve dinner with the family. Sea scallops, shrimp and lump crab cakes: Quote
Absorbine_Sr Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 New Years Eve dinner was nice. Shrimp marinated in lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce - then grilled, along with New York Strips. Add to that a salad made of escarole, spinach, snow peas and radishes dressed in a mustard vinaigrette. Yum. Quote
luvdunhill Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 I'm looking to get a nice Dutch oven, but having trouble deciding on a size. I cannot imagine cooking for more than say 8 people, and 3.5 would be the norm. Any recommendations? Quote
909 Posted January 2, 2011 Report Posted January 2, 2011 the wife and i just had some waffles and fried chicken at Roscoe's in Pasadena, of the three locations we've been to this one is our favorite, though, we rarely go here. and tonight, the place was teaming with red badgers and purple horned frogs.
