Joanne Paired the Fish and Chips with a Scrimshaw Pilsner, whilst I had a predictable Diet Coke. The Coleslaw with the Saigon Salmon is made with lime chili , not mayo . yum! *disclaimer: Not my photo's but gives you the idea!

grawk Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 last night's dinner: chicken tenderloins, cut into cubes. yellow and red bell peppers, cut into cubes. Celery, chopped. Onions, chopped. 1/2 cup of emeril's spice blend. 1/2 cup of worchestershire sauce. 1/2 cup of pinot noir. 5 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped. Saute' veggies and garlic in grape seed oil, add chicken and liquids, cook til done. Was a decent cajun-ish chicken.
