August 7, 201015 yr We had a Raclette cheese, broiled potatoes and cornichons with salad tonight. Leelanau Cheese makes very good Raclette.

August 11, 201015 yr I prefer different kinds of spiced vodka (could be made from potatoes) with the crayfish. That goes so well with what one sucks and rips out of them. A beer is needed too.
August 11, 201015 yr I hardly even remember getting this last Friday, but it was wicked good: garlic chicken from a Thai place near Woodbridge, VA.
