Salt Peanuts Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Making another set of speakers, Nate?
Sherwood Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 As far as I'm concerned, he's hooking a brother up.

Sorta trying to ensure that a pair of original Moth Cicadas have a very long, happy life. The Fostex drivers will be dropped in the Larvae enclosures and we'll see how it goes. Might suck, might be ok, we'll find out soon enough.
screaming oranges Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 it was a deal I couldn't refuse Poor horsey!

Their 166 little brothers sound great but you should let them run for quite a while to break in. I hated the sound of mine for the first 50-100 hours but then we grew to love each other.
cetoole Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 HE5's... that won't be available for another 4 weeks They sure dont disappoint.
penger Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Thanks for making the wait just a little harder.
Dreadhead Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Ok then I can help too. They suck (I haven't heard them) and hence you should send them to me. ;P
n_maher Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Some more Belden wire... Odd, I just did that too.
spritzer Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Odd, I just did that too. Hehe, the beast always demands more wire...
screaming oranges Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 I have a question on powered usb splitters. Let's say the splitter is fed via its own walwart. If a usb-powered device is connected to the splitter, for example, an external HDD, would this provide more adequate power to the HDD or would it not matter? If it matters, would this also apply to usb-powered converters?
spritzer Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 The external power should take over and feed the device, at least that has been my experience though it was a few years ago.

My guess is the Fostex will be a better match for those enclosures. Let us know though. Makita RP2301FC 3-1/4 HP Plunge Router Man points!!! Great router!

Hopstretch Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Wow, that's bigger than I pictured. Is the whole amp that wide, or just the face plate? Oh, and obviously.
