Make sure you don't turn it on and off with the umbilical cord:palm: $350? I'd buy 2 if I can get them at that price. What's wrong with the umbilical cord?
naamanf Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 $350? I'd buy 2 if I can get them at that price. What's wrong with the umbilical cord? Nothing. It's just that you kill the power supply when you use it instead of the power switch.
Cankin Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 $350 for M3 alone is reasonable, but $350 for both M3 and S11 is a fucking hot deal
naamanf Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 $350 for M3 alone is reasonable, but $350 for both M3 and S11 is a fucking hot deal I hate you guys.

cclragnarok Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Nothing. It's just that you kill the power supply when you use it instead of the power switch. Ah. That makes sense. 2 without bass boost please.
n_maher Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 I hate you guys. Don't feel bad, I'm pretty sure I charged less than $300 for this.
swt61 Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 DAMN IT! Have you all forgotten that Namaan and I have a future trade in the works? I'd appreciate it if you could bring yourselves to educate him on pricepoints after that transaction is complete!
grawk Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 /me talks to naaman about building a balanced zebra preamp
padam Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Lambda Pro + SRD-7 MK2 wait...what's that stupid "Signature" writing on the dark brown housing? I've been scammed, damn... ... Oh what the hell, the Lambda Sig rocks
aardvark baguette Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 So far, it sounds like I'm buying a new radiator, new radiator hoses, new serpentine belt, new timing belt, new water pump, and probably new brakes. Possibly a new oil pan gasket, if not now then soon. Yesterday sucked.
Sherwood Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 ^^ ^^ Hate to hear that. My car is a money pit as well, and I feel for you. May as well get it all done since they've pulled the thing apart for the t-belt, though.
Dusty Chalk Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Jesus. New brakes? What do faulty brakes have to do with your car not being able to go? That should make it go moar fastr.
aardvark baguette Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Jesus. New brakes? What do faulty brakes have to do with your car not being able to go? That should make it go moar fastr. heh, no that is more to do with my procrastinating. Some of this stuff was coming sooner or later anyway. The really odd part is that the battery seems to be ok. I think it turns out one of the terminals from the battery to my audio crap was loose. So there is hopefully no electrical stuff needed. The timing belt I knew needed to get replaced at 105k miles, and I'm now close to 109k
naamanf Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Traeger Elite pellet grill. And about a millon other things for the new house.
JBLoudG20 Posted July 23, 2009 Author Report Posted July 23, 2009 With my father as the mechanic, things don't get replaced until the car no longer works. Until then it works just fine. My starter has been on its last leg for years now. A few times I had to pop the clutch to get it to start, but since its 99% reliable, the old one remains. I think its kinda like the auto equivalent of Ramen.

It would be a kindness. Traeger Elite pellet grill. And about a millon other things for the new house. I considered this once but decided that grilled pellets weren't that appealing.
