Salt Peanuts Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 I tried it earlier in the day, though I don't remember when. I was just bit puzzled since when I tried to apply the code, it told me that I've already used it as opposed to telling me the code is invalid as they've done in the past when I tried to use expired codes.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 (edited) Stingray == good!Dusty wants... FTFY. I just plain want it. And: (makes homer drool sound) Me: magazines, beer (Gordon Biersch Doppelbock), a couple cheap paperbacks, and some toys for Bobby. He seems to be playing a lot of kitteh-soccer-solo, so I thought I'd buy him some balls. Edited November 7, 2010 by Dusty Chalk
Dusty Chalk Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Still, 2TB for $80 isn't bad neither, is it?
cetoole Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Nice Mike. Today was a good bourbon day at the local liquor store. Picked these up plus a bunch of Cabernet. Ooh, jealous. I can't find the two on the right around here, for some reason. Maybe looking in the wrong places.
cetoole Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 2x VIP tickets for the Epica concert in NYC on 11/19, a Panasonic ES8103S, and a few pairs of Dockers chinos on the F&F sale.
Aura Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 3-year subscription of Women's Health for my girlfriend.
Salt Peanuts Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 I did not need another pair of speakers, but I simply could not pass up an incredible deal on a gorgeous pair of ScanSpeak/SB Acoustics in Fiddleback Makore, with included matching stands. Just saw this now - I must've skipped over an entire page of this thread. Congrats, Steve and those are damn sexy.

morphsci Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 I have not had much luck finding either Dolin Rouge or Carpano antica, even in Chicago lately. This was an Internet order that had free shipping so I took advantage of it.

Dusty Chalk Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 I have a heating blanket from the 90's that gets pretty hot, so I don't think you have to go that far back.

grawk Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 it's my 2nd..I love em. I just bought a Sony BDP-S570 3D Blu-ray Disc Player that also does sacd (and potentially outputs it as pcm digitally)
Torpedo Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 Oh grawk, sorry, my post with the ? ? ? was addressed to Tyrion and his new Zus and Stingray. However the aeropress and the 3D player seem interesting. Not sure I'd use a 3D BD player these days, but looks like that's part of the future in home entertainment.
