Dusty Chalk Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 But when you manage to get another couple in the bedroom, the last thing on their mind is light fixtures...
mrarroyo Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 Received a test unit on loan of a HLLY TAMP-20 based on the tripath chip. Currently using it to drive an AKG K1000, my initial impression ... not bad at all for $118 including S&H.
lostonetr Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 First time seeing easy pull tabs on PC.add.on cards, quite interesting, and seems like it'd save a lot of trouble. No more wiggling the card around, worrying about flex/damage?
Augsburger Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 Six tickets to Phantom of the Opera to celebrate my daughter's 16th BD. I think my new side gig will be ticket scalper, that way I can afford the MBLs I have my eyes on.
Smeggy Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 Quick update, the clear ispot thingy works a treat. Ran the thing all last night at home and all day at work. Decent signal at home, good signal at work, enough to run my vnc in fact. A little slow compared to cable but very usable all the same. For $100 and $25 a month for Unlimited 4g I can't complain. Very easy to setup and run and nicely portable
909 Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 Audio tweaks i should start supplying shells to patrick.
grawk Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 2 tickets to caps/habs. The ones I made arrangements to buy last month shipped to the season ticket holder, so I mailed off my check today.

Dusty Chalk Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 I should mention that one of the beers I got last night was for thrice: (Not expecting it to be drunk, so much as displayed.)
mrarroyo Posted September 11, 2010 Report Posted September 11, 2010 Adapter, plus 80 GB HD and a 2300 mAh battery to upgrade an iRiver H120. I hope I do not mess up the perfectly working H120 while upgrading it.
boomana Posted September 11, 2010 Report Posted September 11, 2010 After successfully curbing all spending for the last month or so, I splurged a bit and pre-ordered these cds. Neil Young Nick Cave and friends Black Angels Plus these for right now: Scott Colley with Ralph Alessi, Bill Frisell, Craig Taborn, and Brian Blade. Bill Frisell The Monks Cage the Elephant
