Beefy Posted May 29, 2010 Report Posted May 29, 2010 Picked up a Nespresso Essenza plus Aeroccino combo. Pretty damn happy with the results for so little effort
swt61 Posted May 29, 2010 Report Posted May 29, 2010 DW-718. I've been wanting a 12" dual bevel slider for a while now. Not sure if I'll like the laser feature or not.
naamanf Posted May 29, 2010 Report Posted May 29, 2010 Schweet! As for the laser I think I used mine once. I guess if you were doing a lot of cuts of the same material it might be a handy feature. Maybe I just like making all my cuts heavy or light:palm:
swt61 Posted May 29, 2010 Report Posted May 29, 2010 (edited) Yeah, after 30+ years of using a miter saw, I can pretty much line up my cut first time. But it'll be fun to play with for at least 30 seconds. Now I can set up my other 12" compound miter saw permanently in my shop. I have the DeWalt stand as well, which makes setting up a stop for repetitive cuts a snap. Edited May 29, 2010 by swt61
Duggeh Posted May 30, 2010 Report Posted May 30, 2010 (edited) Brewdog Prototype 27. Only 150 bottles made. I've ordered some but don't know if itll arrive in time for me to pack it for chicago. Edited May 30, 2010 by Duggeh
Dusty Chalk Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 Raspberries? I'll pass. (Although I have to admit to being curious, so please do post impressions.) Me: beer. Way. Too. Much. Beer. I'm probably set for the next 5 years. (Found a stash of the Left Hand Oak-Aged Imperial Stout. So I bought it. I'm going to have to return that watch.)
jinp6301 Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 yes to raspberries! I like fruit beers, and that one looks fantastic.
aardvark baguette Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 Shure SRH840, for ipod use. These are fantastic. Everything is sounding so good, I see no need for any upgrade path for an ipod rig whatsoever. Just an amp-less connection is all I need.

guzziguy Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 Toilet repair kit! Yes it was fun. At least you were working on the "clean" side of toilet plumbing issues. It gets much worse.
Knuckledragger Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Outlaw Audiop RR2150. Thank/curse you, Mr. DIY.
n_maher Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Outlaw Audiop RR2150. Thank/curse you, Mr. DIY. Well done you, I'm regretting the fumbling about I did which has prevented me from taking advantage of the sale. Alas, clearly it was not meant to be for me.
mrarroyo Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 At least you were working on the "clean" side of toilet plumbing issues. It gets much worse. You sir are correct, after 14 years of being in the water and sewer business you would be surprised at the KRAP that you find in the wastewater collection system.
The Monkey Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 alright, next audio purchase for me is going to be the shures Smart move.

Salt Peanuts Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 Two pieces of dry aged rib eye steak. This was the first real meal wife wanted after the birth since she hadn't been able to eat it for the past 9 months.
shellylh Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 (edited) No steak during pregnancy? NM, I missed the dry aged part. Edited June 2, 2010 by shellylh
Salt Peanuts Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 That and she likes her steak medium rare and they suggest you don't eat meat that isn't cooked thoroughly.
