Still on the quest for those magical IEMs eh? Using them outside of work now, different work, or what?

Oh and long time no see, how's it going?

Yep, back to looking for the perfect IEM. Every IEM has had some fatal flaw for me. With the new generation (IE8, Westone3, etc.), I figured I'd investigate.

Life is going well. If you want to meet up for lunch in IV or elsewhere, let me know. I should have the IE8 on 4/27 if you want to try them out.

08 Miata Grand Touring w/ Retractable Hardtop. They are currently offering $5000 rebates and were willing to deal on MSRP as well.

Of course, I fully expected to be flamed to Hell for this:

Congrats and as for the Bose, I spent the day trying to get something acceptable out of the Bose system in the Cadillac Escalade my dad is trying out. It simply can't be done... :palm:

bluetooth or wifi? ;D

If we knew that, I would be out of that job :o

I hated cell bio.

Philistine!

Sounds top secret. 8)

It is a little bit. It is a project with both engineers and biologists and some very cool tools doing some very cool things. I'm very lucky to be a part of it.

Picked this up last night:

Sweet! :)

What kind of a motor are they putting in those these days?

It's a 2.0L DOHC 4 cyl. with variable valve timing. Mine has a 6-speed manual and limited slip diff. 166 hp and 140 lb. ft. of torque. Not bad in a 2500 lb. car.

Not bad at all, they're a hoot to drive.

A personal tour for four at the Whitney.

Charity auction? Usually whenever I get special treatment like that it means I have paid through the nose for it, but then again it is for charity. :)

Should be able to get out of its own way. ;D Two liters is a nice size for a four. I guess we're past the RX7s.

HD650 drivers. I'm missing my cans. Should arrive in 5 days according to Sennheiser.

Wow, you're lucky, the last time I dealt with Sennheiser parts it took longer than that to get them to actually confirm my order.
