Aura Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 Box of my standard Acuvue 2 contact lenses.
Chekhonte Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 god, I just bought 600 dollars in fucking clothes from the fucking Gap. When did I become this person that I am?
naamanf Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 People still shop at The Gap? I was hoping they would have disappeared by the time I got back. Please at least tell me that Abercrombie has died a horrible death.
morphsci Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 .... Please at least tell me that Abercrombie has died a horrible death. Oh, I only wish. Abercrombie and Fitch went from ultimate win (many, many moons ago) to absolutely and unrecoverably FAIL.
Aura Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 Now Hollister has taken the place of Abercrombie it seems. :/
Chekhonte Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 Look I'm just as disappointed as you guys are. I don't know what's wrong with me. Gap pants and cardigans just fit me like a glove so I started buying them.
swt61 Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 People still shop at The Gap? I was hoping they would have disappeared by the time I got back. Please at least tell me that Abercrombie has died a horrible death. But where else can you get worn out jeans for a mere $85.00? Back when they were an up and coming company I got some great outerwear on sale at a really good price. That was before everything was pre distressed, pre faded and pre torn.
Hopstretch Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 L.L.Bean is still pretty much what Abercrombie used to be anyway, so no great loss in the cosmic scheme of things. Or Orvis if you have money, I guess.
grawk Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 I still have an old school abercrombie flannel I like
postjack Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 I still have an old school abercrombie flannel I like old school abercrombie flannel is great. Makes me want to go digging in my closet to see if I still have mine. I also had a pair of cords from a&f about 10 ten years that were awesome.

deepak Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 Mark Ecko Stormtrooper hoodie. You better post pics wearing that around Manhattan. All zipped up.
Chekhonte Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 But where else can you get worn out jeans for a mere $85.00? Back when they were an up and coming company I got some great outerwear on sale at a really good price. That was before everything was pre distressed, pre faded and pre torn. I agree that the whole pre-worn thing is idiotic but you can still buy corduroy and sweaters that aren't too bad and not too badly overpriced.

Voltron Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 nah, I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle. If it sounds good on a plane, I'm more than happy. You're going to love it. It's a killer amp when used in almost any setting other than running or walking. Some of them are even better at that than others, but Todd/Pete have never figured out why that is. 'Grats.
