JBLoudG20 Posted August 25, 2008 Author Report Posted August 25, 2008 I think one of the biggest mistakes I have made in this hobby, is selling my VTG. I couldn't stand it anymore, now that I'm back in school, and doing more and more late night listening.
wrecked_porsche Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 Well, I'm contemplating selling my W11jpn to get my L3000 faster... But I'm afraid I'd regret it once the W11jpns are gone... Its probably best for me to just be patient though... BTW, this is the last thing I bought:
laxx Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 3 packs of Marlboro Lights. I'm actually looking to buy a bow after going to an archery range this past weekend, lol.
Hopstretch Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 Bought some used HD600s. Have been wanting to compare a pair with my 650s for a while.
deepak Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 3 packs of Marlboro Lights. I'm actually looking to buy a bow after going to an archery range this past weekend, lol. Archery is fun. I wanted to get one after going with friends a few times.
laxx Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 Yea, I'm probably not going to get one, at least not until I go a few more times. I've been a sucker for buying into a new hobby well before it actually developed into a hobby, if it ever did. =[
en480c4 Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 Vehicle registration fees and new plates for the state of Maine. Jeep is legal, now I really need to sell the VW.

Augsburger Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 Pics and impressions? Oh, I guess it is a little early for that. I'll be back tomorrow. I have lost count, which new project is this one?
guzziguy Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 FS One simulator. I bought my dad an electric helicopter and he hasn't flown it yet. So my sister and I split the cost of this simulator so he can practice a while without worrying about destroying something physical.

JBLoudG20 Posted August 26, 2008 Author Report Posted August 26, 2008 My allergies have been really bad lately as well. Like REAL bad. I have been forgetting to take my medication too
deepak Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 refilled my allegra prescription before work. i think my allergies are trying to kill me. On the plus side your low histamine levels probably make you immune to some infections that you could pick up traveling through Stargates (damn can't remember what Daniel Jackson was protected from in SG-1 for taking anti-histamines).
JBLoudG20 Posted August 26, 2008 Author Report Posted August 26, 2008 My proxy received my VTG, and said that the pads are a bit worn. He offered to order the pads from AT for me, and throw them in at cost. So I'm picking up two pairs of W11JPN pads, for $58. Then he'll just throw them in the box, so no extra shipping charges. Not a bad deal, considering Audiocubes charges $80 for one set.
Asr Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 - Head-Caser* modded Cambridge Audio Azur 640C V2, yay! Working transport and with DIY-er approved mods for better sound! - and an APureSound V3 re-cabled K701, so I will finally get to fairly compare the APS V3 to the SAA Equinox (serial number also in the 2xxx range, like my existing one) * name withheld to protect him from PMs from people that would probably request more modding work ** and there are 2 other people on Head-Case who know who he is anyway...so thanks man!

n_maher Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 - Head-Caser* modded Cambridge Audio Azur 640C V2 I'm really glad that NAD carcass went to good use.
Asr Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Impressions must follow Soon I hope, I'm still waiting on a proper dynamic amp. I don't consider my SP Square Wave w/ DAC a very good solution and don't really use it. I'm really glad that NAD carcass went to good use. Indeed, thanks again Nate, that part sure came in handy.
