postjack
What are your favorite cans for classical? For me, the HD650 still reigns supreme. I admit, sometimes I do listen to classical on the HP-2, but it does seem to lack the space and bottom end "oomph" that these ears crave on large orchestral works. I have tried, tried, tried so many times with the HD600, but it just doesn't do it for me. I thought the Dynahi might officially "wake them up" for me, but they are just too dry and boring. If the HD600 is a waxy hershey's kiss, the HD650 is a giant gob of dark godiva.

postjack
K1000 hell, I just realized I might could actually give the k1000 a whirl now that I have the dynahi. I think she could have what it takes to power them.

Dusty Chalk
Pretty much anything I own. W3000, L3000, DT770, HD600, A100Ti... When I listen to classical music, I'm enjoying it. I pretty much forget that I'm listening on headphones.
Iron_Dreamer
Omega II + KGSS does it the best for me. The R10 is also very nice. I'd mention the K1000, but I'd just as soon use real speakers
philodox
I'm not a huge classical fan, but the K340's do a pretty good job thanks to their ability to pick up micro detail. Or is that nano detail?
aerius
The Senn 580 by default, because all my classical music is on vinyl and hooking up my K340 and its amp to the vinyl rig is too much of a pain in the ass.
saint.panda
the HE90 and then the K1000. x2

deepak
The Dynahi should be able to drive a K340.
philodox
The Dynahi should be able to drive a K340.It drives them well, though it wasn't a tonal match with my rig. Could work if you have a tubed output CD player though.
