EdipisReks1 Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 (edited) Hard to go wrong with the Poang. I haven’t listened in the Eames clone, yet, but I have fallen asleep in it, this week. Edited August 17, 2018 by EdipisReks1 5
mikeymad Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 That is the same clone I had for many years. I should have repaired it rather than getting rid of it (broken legs). Can confirm that it does listen and sleep well (not as snugly as Al in a papasan though) 1
blessingx Posted September 18, 2019 Report Posted September 18, 2019 This wins for best listening chair. "John Holliday Perry started diving at a time that he called a few years B.C., Before Cousteau developed the aqualung. He built most of the submarines for the James Bond movie Thunderball, and kept a few for his own use on a private island in the Bahamas. At right is his shark hunter which he used to access a private underwater habitat in 1990. The house was about 30 ft down, and entered through an opening on the floor. He liked to spend time down there listening to Brahms, Beethoven, and Belafonte, while watching the fish swim by. RIP John, an American original." 9
ironbut Posted September 18, 2019 Report Posted September 18, 2019 Like the pitched roof. Makes it look like something you could pick up at your local Shack Shop.
Dusty Chalk Posted September 18, 2019 Report Posted September 18, 2019 I wonder if it isolates better than an IEM?
morphsci Posted September 19, 2019 Report Posted September 19, 2019 I bet it is pretty cool to listen while watching upside-down sharks swim by. 1 2 1
