Jon L Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 Over at Audio Circle. Supposed to be the next great thing in class D. At $700 for ready-to-tighten (no soldering required) 1200 w x2 stereo balanced amp, I am going to get in on the group buy. http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=153645.0
Nebby Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 Thanks for the heads up, been looking at the Class D amps recently so this is tempting
RudeWolf Posted November 9, 2017 Report Posted November 9, 2017 Looks nice. Even for a bass amp (if it ends up not being the second coming) it's a pretty good price.
Jon L Posted January 24, 2018 Author Report Posted January 24, 2018 It's finally here. Just finished assembling so no impressions yet...
Jon L Posted March 23, 2018 Author Report Posted March 23, 2018 Handily better than NCore 400 mono's I've tried in the same system before. In fact, it exceeded my expectations enough that I am ordering another one just like the one I assembled, before the big-name companies start selling their versions using this module and charge tons more $$$$ after the usual big-name reviews, etc... 1
skullguise Posted March 23, 2018 Report Posted March 23, 2018 ^^^ That's awesome, I've always liked the Hypex/NCore sounds from amps I've had or heard!

Looks like you can only order a fully assembled unit now at $1799. No more kits

No more kits Actually, a couple of days ago, he decided to assemble the remaining Takachi cases into amps and "blow them out." When they are gone, they are gone apparently. http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=156447.0
