I was looking forward to sampling the red vodka pastry cart. We have friend who works for Amgen who will be visiting the office next week near Reykjavik.  Please don't throw him in a volcano

I forgot to mention, a couple months ago I recommended Birgir's bakery to a work vendor acquaintance who was visiting.  She didn't get to meet the Viking Legend, but did make it to the bakery and gave it very high marks

And she made it back without any volcanic ash.
