sorenb Posted July 29, 2015 Author Report Posted July 29, 2015 Any idea about the price? Yup, added )
Earspeakers Posted July 29, 2015 Report Posted July 29, 2015 $147 is market rate, actually slightly higher. I bought matched quads for $580 USD (actually might have been $560). My source still has them (and many more) available if anybody is interested, matched quad Brimar xf2 for immediate shipment. So not sure what the GB gets us here, no matching, slightly higher price, and no price break. Can you negotiate on a better price because of the quantity? If the price was down t $110 or something due to a GB then it gets interesting.

luvdunhill Posted July 29, 2015 Report Posted July 29, 2015 I would probably insist on AT1000 data for each tube to be seriously interested in a group buy.
s_r Posted July 29, 2015 Report Posted July 29, 2015 I'm interested, depending on how much a matched quad totals in the end.
Torpedo Posted July 29, 2015 Report Posted July 29, 2015 I'm interested, depending on how much a matched quad totals in the end. This, I'll add myself to the GB and see what happens. Price is not great, but not bad either, I guess those tubes are better than the JJ and worth the expense
sorenb Posted July 29, 2015 Author Report Posted July 29, 2015 This is ONLY a probe for interest. if someone knows a reliable source that might be better than the one I found, please chim in ... if someone knows a reliable way to secure NOS and so on ....please chim in ...everybody will benefit then.
Helium Posted July 31, 2015 Report Posted July 31, 2015 Can someone please explain what AT1000 data is? Is it related to Amprobe AT1000 tracer?
sorenb Posted August 14, 2015 Author Report Posted August 14, 2015 I would probably insist on AT1000 data for each tube to be seriously interested in a group buy.Spoke with the seller. He cannot provide AT1000 data for each tube as he doesn't have the equipment. He will however provide Avo 163 data on each tube.
sorenb Posted October 9, 2015 Author Report Posted October 9, 2015 Closing the Group Buy. As of today I got the price confirmed of 147USD/each if buying at least 12.Last chance is monday 12/10-15 as I'll place the order the 13/10-15.
