Dreadhead Posted July 29, 2015 Report Posted July 29, 2015 I was thinking it would be really fun to autocross one (once and a while) and my wife likes the idea of a little sports car with a ragtop (which I do too). We'd probably only drive it once or twice a week but those would be fun drives. The reviews have been very favorable in my quick review and it's cheap. I'm hoping that I fit. The GTI is far more practical for us and would meet many of the needs too but this (for us) starts falling into the "splurge but not insane" realm. Sort of came about after discussing getting a XC90 and realizing we could get a Miata and a Subaru Outback for the total cost (of course not insurance wise). Quote

Autocross is a waste of time with that. I guess it was a waste of time anyway so maybe I'd still do it. Quote

Grahame Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 Not #2, reflection of overhead lamp / dark line / on hood , zone number distracting. Then #1 as light segments give greater sense of activity than the background continuous streams in #3, IMHO. Quote
