grawk Posted April 25, 2015 Author Report Posted April 25, 2015 As much as it would have helped the capitals to have the rangers series last longer, I still had to pull for them against that other team tonight. I saw the overtime, and it was a tough battle. The rangers still look really good.

As much as I don't like them, they looked a lot better this year than in years past. It's odd that they lost in round one, an early exit for them; but even in doing so, I thought they fought harder against a very good Rangers team. Every game was a close one. In past years, i think this effort would have brought them farther along. Now, I would LOVE to see the Senator's knock off Montreal; doubtful, but one can hope.
