It's like professional wrestling, only without the homoerotic overtones.

You don't think those gyrating morons evoked any homoerotic overtones?

Talk about your overtones. That super soaker ad is really freakish.

Matrix Dubya is teh awesum.

I actually hadn't finished watching it when I posted that, and almost went back and changed it to read:
EDIT: ...actually, that was pretty gay, although still not as gay as muscle bound almost naked guys oiling themselves up and pile-driving each other.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Jesus Christ, that guy pisses me off. He basically told us he's only suing people he thinks he can get away with suing. AND, he thinks he owns the word "monster", and any use of it will "dilute" his stuff. He owns the phrase "monster cables", which is entirely different. What about monster trucks, and their related rallies? What about monster cars? WHAT ABOUT MONSTER COCKS?!?!? Is he suing the porn industry? If so, I believe he is in for a world of hurt.

Uh...that came out wrong, I mean, because they can afford to sue him back, and because they probably will stop using his cables.

This guy is so full of shit. I had a quick look over at the USPTO. Monster Cable's Trademarks are for audio and computer cable use. As for their wide Trademark portfolio - there are 8 live Trademarks for 'Monster Cable'. I could only find 1 under Noel Lee.

Where the fuck does it give rights to Monster Mini Golf? If he wants to have exclusive rights to monster minigolf why doesn't he file for it? Of course, if it were to be granted it would quickly be revoked for non-use.

I'm pretty sure the USPTO does not encourage every asshole company to thrust their corporate loins in the face of small businesses that have similar names yet trade in completely different goods and services.
