Where to buy USB 2.0 Type B Male connector ?

Trying to make some DIY USB cable, but I cannot seem to find USB 2.0 type B male plugs anywhere in USA, only some from China on eBay with long shipping estimates.  Found some type A plugs on Amazon.  For type B, looking for something like these:
