Anyone know where one can get a complete XRCD discography list, now that ED is the NA distributor? I remember when JVC maintained the site there was a nice list there... Perhaps Posty has one? :)

re: dvd mora- is that a live compilation? I have some cd box set from a few years back that had four of her studio albums.

I wish they'd release something similar for Tokyo jihen

Nope, it's the same thing in 24/96.  And yes, I'd be all over the same thing for Tokyo Jihen.

EDIT:  Actually, this is a 6-disk set, this page says contents are as follows:

Innocence Moratorium + A View of Happiness (single ver.)

Winning Strip + Chastity at Midnight

Kalk Samen Chestnut Flower + Stem

Electric Discharge & Me (2-disc set)

A Song of Apples (one song)

EDIT #2:

Also, does yours make a cute noise and then she says something when you pull the stuff out of the box?

I'm ashamed to admit I pirated the mora cd box, which is why I'm looking to redeem myself with the hi-res version. The Yggdrasil has enabled me to look into hi-res stuff and it's all pretty interesting.

BTW I forgot, there WAS a box set for Tokyo Jihen:

Bit on the pricey side and only redbook.

There was still another one available (on Yahoo auctions Japan, I think) when I bought mine through Kuboten over a month ago at this point.  It wasn't very expensive at all.

EDIT:  Well that's just silly -- it comes with a USB drive, and they only put one song on it!

So I was meaning to ask, I saw a DVD mora box with a buy it now price of 4500 jpy (also its starting price), but kuboten doesn't seem to allow me to place a "buy it now". Do I have to do something special? I don't want to place a bid and perturb things.

The hard disk set seems like a good buy though, considering tokyo jihen is officially disbanded from what I can recall

I don't know, you should email them and ask, Craig is pretty responsive.

And:  yeah, I'll probably still get it, but USB stick is the perfect 24/96 lossless delivery device for large quantities of music, so it just seems silly to come so close, and miss.

Found a great record store down the street from the girlfriend's place and picked up my first vinyl in a while.

MFSL Weezer
Nina Simone at Town Hall
A Bon Iver collection I had never seen before.

And a sticker, since Brent can't have one.
