Dusty Chalk
No, what I mean is, I'm not sure how NoMeansNo could lead to Omar, but don't care -- still awesome.

Knuckledragger
Holy crapballs. I have been after that album for a decade, but that price is a bit too steep for me. Fortunately, it showing up on the 'Bay prompted me to look around elsewhere and whaddaya know, it's on iTunes.

mikeymad
More of my Amazon order trickling in, but good to have the new JT release in this one. James Taylor - sweet baby james (AZF118) Lynyrd Skynyrd - Second Helping (AZF054)

Voltron
Those are all great picks Mikey. The Hoffman Sweet Baby James I got on vinyl awhile back sounds awesome and both Skynyrd and Heart are guilty pleasures. I saw Heart from the third row or so while they were still young and hot. That was fun.
blessingx
Eights sides of wonder. Will likely order Wowee Zowee shortly.
Voltron
So, you're liking the vinyl effect, then? I know you love you some Pavement and have the digital realm covered and recovered, so it's good to see you comparing analog.
blessingx
Well, I have this temp crappy cart, so not getting full sonic bliss (compared to digital), but overall enjoying the handling experience quite a bit. Trying to jump in with both feet and see what happens. Doing my best to avoid duping titles (and saving money), but couple special edition Pavement releases I was interested in. And yes, Wowee Zowee has been ordered.

Knuckledragger
Been busy recently filling in some holes in my collection. Stryke – Rare & Remixed Lypid – The Sign's Alive I'm always after Fila Brazillia remixes. Chill Out in the City: Second Cut So rare it's not on discogs. It's also the only way to get the original mix of France & Dom's "Blue Smoke" (which I have in a crappy 192K mp3 for nearly a decade now.) Holmes Ives – Tetrasomia I bought the stunning "Kuanos" in FLAC from Music Is Here after hearing it on Groove Salad back in '06. I decided to buy the whole album and MiH no longer has it. BeatPort wanted $2.75 per track for .wav files (cretins) so I spent half that an got an actual physical CD. I'm amazed sodding BeatPort stays in business. blessingx
So a week ago I bought a Townes Van Zandt concert album and it came with two large swoops obviously created during the pressing. Returned and ended up ordering Steve Earles Townes Van Zandt cover album instead (above). It arrived with a big gouge on one side. So this is the fun of vinyl?
