ironbut Posted May 8, 2017 Report Posted May 8, 2017 RIP Col. Bruce Hampton. In my early days I used to drop by the Twelfth Gate coffee house and groove on the antics of The Hampton Grease Band. I still have their double lp "Music to Eat". https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/02/arts/music/bruce-hampton-70-jam-scene-patriarch-dies-after-collapsing-on-stage.html 1
Hopstretch Posted May 10, 2017 Report Posted May 10, 2017 RIP Robert Miles. I wonder how many times this has been used as a backing track elsewhere? Got to be in the millions.
skullguise Posted May 10, 2017 Report Posted May 10, 2017 RIP to Col. Hampton and Robert Miles.....and yeah, Stretch, I seem to hear that sampled song a lot in the background.....
