muskyhuntr Posted November 12, 2016 Report Posted November 12, 2016 Wow, I have been a fan of Robert Vaughn since the 60's when he played Napoleon Solo. I wanted to be just like him when I grew up. Spent many days in study hall drawing mini-spy kits and comparing them to what my friends drew. One of my buddies even managed to emulate his walk and mannerisms. I will miss hem greatly! Me
Dusty Chalk Posted November 13, 2016 Report Posted November 13, 2016 RIP Leon Russell At this point, I'm just going to stop reacting. 2016 just wants attention, and we can't give it to him. Either that or we declare 2016 an act of terror. So, RIP, Leon Russell, I am broken. 1
TMoney Posted November 13, 2016 Report Posted November 13, 2016 I watched that documentary on Leon's collaboration with Elton John on Elton's "The Union" album a few years back and I remember just feeling awful seeing what he had been reduced to. RIP, Leon.
swt61 Posted November 13, 2016 Report Posted November 13, 2016 This one hurts a lot, as I'm a huge Leon Russell fan. I feel he never got the recognition he deserved. RIP Leon. May the Shelter People guide you somewhere better than here! 1
skullguise Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 No other words.....RIP Leon....Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
guzziguy Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 RIP Leonard Cohen, Victor Bailey, Robert Vaughn and Leon Russell. Sad week.
TMoney Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 Oh, no... Gwen Ifill. Very sad. RIP. Just saw her at Marin Speaker Series a year or two back and she seemed to be in great health.
Voltron Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 RIP Napoleon Solo, Leon, and Ms. Ifill. Sucks that Gwen had to see Trump win before she left us. Fucking 2016 has more in store for us. 1
ironbut Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 Very sad about all. I'd noticed Gwen missing for several months. She came back for a handful of nights but disappeared again. RIP to all

ironbut Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 I really loved Gwen. She felt more like a friend than some tv personality. I'll miss her very much!
swt61 Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 WTF? Gwen Ifill? Damn! I'm definitely going to miss getting my news from Gwen. RIP fine lady.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 They had her guest on WTOP all the time, so I got to hear a lot of Gwen Ifill. RIP
jpelg Posted November 15, 2016 Report Posted November 15, 2016 Sad to hear about Gwen Ifill's illness & passing. RIP.
shellylh Posted November 15, 2016 Report Posted November 15, 2016 RIP Gwen Ifill. One of the last to bring us real news. 1
Knuckledragger Posted November 15, 2016 Report Posted November 15, 2016 RIP David Mancuso, the absolute grandaddy of DJing. I'm out of jokes about how much 2016 sucks.
