Knuckledragger Posted March 5, 2018 Author Report Posted March 5, 2018 My friend Jordan bought an MC-202. These things are so cool. Like a TB-303 with a much wider sonic palette but also a less distinctive and immediately recognizable sound. The 202 has gotten quite expensive in the last decade or so, but it's still a bargain compared to a 303.
Knuckledragger Posted March 12, 2018 Author Report Posted March 12, 2018 Steve Harris turns 62 today. \m/ 1

Augsburger Posted March 13, 2018 Report Posted March 13, 2018 Oddly enough, I've been told that I look like a cross between Steven Tyler, Edgar Winter and Meatloaf.

Craig Sawyers Posted March 16, 2018 Report Posted March 16, 2018 The other hidden benefit of the UK Royal Family is the number of good works they do. The charity my wife runs has a Patron. That used to be the Queen Mother, but is now Countess Wessex (wife of the Queen's youngest son). She is not just a title - she is massively engaged with the charity, most recently hosting a fund raising dinner at her house (Bagshot Park). But - that is only one of 70 charities she is patron of. That is absolutely gratis, and multiplying the effort for my wife's charity by 70 and you get pretty much a full-time job. And she is not unique - everyone in the Royal Family does this sort of thing, and is absolutely priceless to the good causes they support. 4
Knuckledragger Posted March 16, 2018 Author Report Posted March 16, 2018 It is more than probable that I will begin spamming this thread with Eno documentaries. 1
