Voltron Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 I don't think laying them down is a big problem but when I read up on it the beer cellar types seem to say that beer picks up "flavor" from caps or corks moreso than wine. Unlike wine corks, most beers use the expanding champagne type and aren't kept as long as wine, so you shouldn't have to worry about shrinkage. Quote
