  1. RIP Patti
  2. Happy birthday Todd! Have a great one and be happy that you cannot eat like Colin any more! Cheers!
  3. The fresh mozzarella would have jammed up the machine.
  4. Not so much cooking but homegrown tomatoes and basil with fresh mozzarella
  5. Congrat Dr. John! Nice looking meat, Nate! That's what Colin said...
  6. Almost time for the crutch! I'm sure it will be delicious and tender.
  7. Substitute a bald, bearded helicopter pilot with fairy wings and you'll know what you've done today.
  8. I hope you have magic pink paper, Nate.
  9. I'll venture a no.
  10. Have a great one Antonio! Cheers!
  11. It's bread, like lavash
  12. Sweet and spicy flank steak. Quick pic. More red
  13. The Yooper love continues! I did fear that the "rustic" sensibility there might not agree with you.
  14. I note that you didn't bring any crackleftovers to Leelanau! I'm guessing it was too good for leftovers to remain. How did your brisket work out?
  15. Not seeing any negatives in those results! I would want to eat all that bark at once!
  16. Of course Mikey has the highest proof listening room in Washington State!
  17. TAS ftw! Bastards look amazeballs. Missing Mikey's bread.
  18. RIP Mr. Lugosi
  19. Beautiful
  20. Looking good Mikey! Can you dance and slide in front of this setup?
  21. Cheeses care of the Amish via Aimless Al and Karyl, and yak and alpaca snacks from the local ranch.
  22. The self-proclaimed poop truck took away the contents of the tank, thankfully. Tried the jam this morning and it is tasty stuff, if I do say so myself. Plenty left for you to judge for yourself.
  23. If only I had a loaf of Mikey Bread to go with the local creamery butter and the new jam. Life would be even more sweet!
  24. This morning we had the septic tank pumped out for the first time in at least seven years. Gave away a load of books that belonged to my in laws, but kept plenty of others. Then I made some red raspberry freezer jam using fruit grown within a mile from here.
