RIP Roz and cheers to a life well lived. Condolences to you and your family Todd. Today would have been my dad's 99th birthday. Missing him so much, but happy he is at rest. Today we also moved in my niece to the Mayberry cottà ge formerly known as Frank's place. Also happy that she is in a good place and looking forward to the next chapter. Without Frank.

Nice! Steve and I used a torch to draw up the air bubbles in the epoxy and that works well. I really didn't like Osmo but it looks good there. I bought this Woodpeckers Super Fence months ago, received the package weeks ago, opened it finally last week to find out they sent only a single piece of Super Track by mistake. They sent me the actual fence and I got to keep the super track for my trouble. Anyway, this went together very easily, and now I have to set up another router to rout my router table. This very meta effort will create channels for the tracks to hold the Super Fence.

Those big Tannoys really need two subwoofers to fill out the bottom end? There are five cat deterrent spray cans on the system, so I'm guessing they have had issues with those furry fiends.

Saw G-Man's post a minute after my brother emailed an article about how the the 400% rise in lumber prices is putting a damper on surging home building in the Bay Area. If only Stretch had some flat land available on the Rancho...

Another week of loss in music and acting. RIP to some greats. Trombonist Curtis Fuller. I'm going to have to spin some Curtis this week. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2021/05/14/arts/music/curtis-fuller-dead.amp.html Pervis Staples of the Staples Singers. Not particularly into the music but a great legacy nonetheless. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2021/05/14/arts/music/pervis-staples-dead.amp.html Actor Norman Lloyd at 106! I think of him from St. Elsewhere but did not know the depth or the incredible duration of his 70+ year Hollywood career or his amazing list of colleagues and associates. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2021/05/11/movies/norman-lloyd-dead.amp.html And don't forget Witchiepoo! HR Pufnstuf actress Billie Hayes. She was scary and creepy in a lovable way when I was a kid. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2021/05/13/arts/television/billie-hayes-witchiepoo-dead.amp.html
