Amaro Amore
2oz gin
.5oz Aperol--don't substitute
2tsp Maraschino
2 dashes jerry Thomas barrel aged bitters
I forgot that most of my stuff is in Fairfax and that i didn't have Aperol but oh well it was tasty.
Yeah, very nice Jim. The bar is getting better stocked by the minute! You will definitely have to report back on the new Parker's Heritage, the Amaro Bassano, and the barrel aged Bols, in addition to the bottled manhattan that you already committed to discuss elsewhere. Enjoy!
Cool cocktail choice, Marc. I'll try that one sometime.
At City Beer having a Bruery Cuir, barrel aged old ale. Tastes a bit queer.
Moving on to a Supplication.
You'll have to ask him directly because he barely ever reads the forums (except when somebody says, "Hey Todd, you're losing sales because your website is bonky.")
Joe Frazier was the only boxer I ever really liked. I thought the Fight of the Century was amazing, and I hated it when Ali beat him the next two times. Joe was the greatest to me, and he liked headphones.
Rest in peace, champ.
You might not like doing reviews anymore, but you sure are good at them. Nicely put, and very much consistent with my very limited experience with the Apex Twins. I think I heard the Arete with the switching PS and it sounded very nice, but that was in the CanJam room at RMAF and not very critical listening to boot.
Prompted by Mike, I had a Good Times Cocktail because I've had so many of them lately, then a Back in Black IPA with dinner, and now another Good Times. Laissez les Good Times Roulez!
