  1. I still want a mini LED or LCD monitor with touch capability but haven't found one. The iPad options are not great IMO but it would be perfect if they were. I have used either a crappy LCD or an old school Apple monitor that is relatively small. I also use Amarra on top of iTunes and think it is a nice improvement, but you can see if you like the computer setup before committing to that. Jim had Amarra Mini until recently so maybe he could tell you the differences between iTunes and the Mini vs full Amarra.
  2. ^This! From the look of the drinking thread it looks like you're having a great one Jeff. Cheers!
  3. The ham was really tasty! Faxing leftovers soon. I used the holiday ham with mustard sauce recipe on the Traeger website, but I skipped the mustard sauce and my ham was only about 4lbs so I halved it. I injected the brine and the mop into the ham to make sure the flavor penetrated and it worked well. Turned out juicy and with great flavor. Will definitely do this again with a larger ham.
  4. Nice. Smoked turkey is great indeed.
  5. I also agree, Jeff, but I still want a flavor report. Mike, did you Traeger your pies? If so, same goes for you. Final product ready for slicing:
  6. At least Ric still has his penis.
  7. It's for tomorrow, so if you happen to be going by Mayberry then stop in.
  8. Now, after an hour at 300 degrees:
  9. Sorry Shelly, but I have no great advice. If you trust the butcher normally, then I think it should be ok. Here is the progress on the ham. First, after 1+ hours of smoke: Now after 2+ hours of smoke:
  10. Cheers to all Head-Casers near and far. Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating it tomorrow.
  11. It wasn't very good. If I had been paying attention I wouldn't have paid money for it.
  12. Funny, I just saw a Traeger pie recipe when I was looking into the ham. Report back on how it turns out.
  13. Not grilling yet, but brining a fresh ham to smoke it tomorrow. Curious how it will turn out.
  14. Our beergarden normally has awesome pretzels and pretzel buns for the frankfurters but the bakery is closed this week so they have frankfurter and bratwurst burritos and pork belly and beef tongue tacos. I didn't catch onto this quickly enough or else I would have gone with tacos, but the frankfurter and kraut burrito was tasty enough.
  15. I don't recall voting you the Voice of Head-Case, so why don't you take your own advice and stop repeating yourself. We get it already, you don't like this guy.
  16. I hear they actually cut a deal with the union and the Ho Ho flow will continue uninterrupted.
  17. ^^That would definitely cross the line into cunty country.
  18. Ha! He said he was going to Whole Foods for his thanksgiving feast, but I see he got you to smoke his meat, so to speak!
  19. I like Traeger burgers a lot.

  21. So far, Dave seems more clueless than cunty. Plus, he's buying every conceivable HeadAmp product so we shouldn't discourage him too much or Justin will lose a good customer.

Sleestack had 5 of those in a 5.1 surround system. Quite badass. Two would blow out most NYC apartments. I approve -- at $3200 those are a steal!
  23. Ding Dongs are the best, though, ho.

    Happy birthday Oranges. Cheers
