I still want a mini LED or LCD monitor with touch capability but haven't found one. The iPad options are not great IMO but it would be perfect if they were. I have used either a crappy LCD or an old school Apple monitor that is relatively small. I also use Amarra on top of iTunes and think it is a nice improvement, but you can see if you like the computer setup before committing to that. Jim had Amarra Mini until recently so maybe he could tell you the differences between iTunes and the Mini vs full Amarra.
The ham was really tasty! Faxing leftovers soon.
I used the holiday ham with mustard sauce recipe on the Traeger website, but I skipped the mustard sauce and my ham was only about 4lbs so I halved it. I injected the brine and the mop into the ham to make sure the flavor penetrated and it worked well. Turned out juicy and with great flavor. Will definitely do this again with a larger ham.
Sorry Shelly, but I have no great advice. If you trust the butcher normally, then I think it should be ok.
Here is the progress on the ham. First, after 1+ hours of smoke:
Now after 2+ hours of smoke:
Our beergarden normally has awesome pretzels and pretzel buns for the frankfurters but the bakery is closed this week so they have frankfurter and bratwurst burritos and pork belly and beef tongue tacos. I didn't catch onto this quickly enough or else I would have gone with tacos, but the frankfurter and kraut burrito was tasty enough.
I don't recall voting you the Voice of Head-Case, so why don't you take your own advice and stop repeating yourself. We get it already, you don't like this guy.
So far, Dave seems more clueless than cunty. Plus, he's buying every conceivable HeadAmp product so we shouldn't discourage him too much or Justin will lose a good customer.
