Great photoshop. Had to save that one to my phone even though I did not pick up the mic last night. I thoroughly enjoyed the choucroute garni platter I had for dinner and the various beers I posted, so why wreck it by embarrassing myself at a dive bar?
Great design ideas in Brooklyn these days! Wish I were hanging with you although I took another day off and hung around the house taking down the allergy-inducing Christmas tree and other items and will be going out shortly with Claire's teacher friends for German beer, schnitzel, and karaoke of all things. I won't be bothering with the last of those. :/
I don't think laying them down is a big problem but when I read up on it the beer cellar types seem to say that beer picks up "flavor" from caps or corks moreso than wine. Unlike wine corks, most beers use the expanding champagne type and aren't kept as long as wine, so you shouldn't have to worry about shrinkage.
