Did you order "a point" (ah pwant) or something else? If you want to make sure it is the medium side of medium rare, ask for "bien cuit" (bee-en kwee). I meant to add that even saying "medium rare" is usually going to be understood, but as you see they tend to undercook. Better than the opposite, of course.

I already knew about that one because they haven't been able to stay on their bikes in general.

I was remembering that sample also, and it was fine but not earth shattering, but it has been so long that they've probably finger-fucked them to death. My thought is that Cardas has such a recognizable name in audio that non-headphone-audiophiles will pick them on that basis.

Heartbroken that I came to Mayberry without my HDD containing all my music files. Oh well, SACDs will have to suffice, but dammit I wanted to hear some more DSD files without spinning discs. NP:
