Clearly I am hungry (and a little buzzed from lack of sleep, too much work, and some IIPA), but I want a bacon and brisket roll stuffed with bangers and mash with onion gravy over the top. NOW!!!
I hadn't seen this until now. Another great I am so happy I was able to see perform, and in Grace Cathedral no less. RIP Yusef, but shake the place up a bit as per your usual.

Fois gras on toasts with some vin rouge. Our Parisian friends brought four large cans of goose fois au torchon (encased in fat and wrapped in a towel). Amazing stuff, and even better with champagne but the red wine was open and handy.
