Thanks guys. It wasn't terrible but given that I was going to be sitting in grandstands at the Olympic trials, and because life is short, I took Imodium to resolve the situation. TMI, I know, but I bounced back into proper form and ate completely inappropriate foods for dinner. Thus, I give you Chicken and Doughnuts: beer and buttermilk brined chicken strips with sweet and smokey doughnut holes served with Sriracha maple dipping sauce. Pretty tasty along with some excellent beer at Bier Stein in Eugene.

BBQ did not agree with my stomach so a salad sandwich named after weed was in order. And just a few sips of my brother's beer.

Breakfast was pretty damn tasty. Eggs benedict on biscuits with ham and Yukon gold smashed potatoes.

RIP to the Founding Father of Bluegrass. Sadly, Dr. Ralph Stanley and his Clinch Mountain Boys was the last of the old line to play the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival and he didn't make it to last year's event due to his health.
