  1. Sorry to see you leave HeadRoom, but wishing you the very best in whatever the future holds for you. I tip my glass to you good sir!
  2. HunH? I know you like mystery but come on Tyll, elaborate.
  3. Damn, how did you guess? Pails are outdoor water buckets for the dog...one for home use and one for our seasonal camping site. Tires are for my 10 cu ft utility cart I pull behind my yard tractor. Today used for dandelion collection. You managed to help me remember shoveling out the chicken coop for my grand father. A nasty experience at best, a humbling experience at worst.
  4. ~Happy Birthday~
  5. Congrats and welcome back!

  10. Sweet anticipation! Here's to Thrice and MD getting what they're hoping for.
  11. Left work early. Played 9 holes of disc golf. Temp in the mid 80s.
  12. Agreed. Might be a cash cow for the NCAA but the luster and prestige of the tournament is diminished. I'd be for shrinking the size of the tournament, perhaps down to 32 teams.
  13. Congrats on both the green card the TT bike!
  14. Update complete. Quick, easy and no effect that I can see on my itunes library. Took maybe 20 minutes from initializing download to restart.
  15. Idiot question, but this is my first update since I've moved my entire library to the HD. I'm assuming that to properly update itunes I'll need to have the HD connected? Seems like an obvious yes ...
  16. Doesn't the Hornet seem like overkill for the K601?
  17. Started my day at the dentist. Had some additional decay around a filling. Just so happened they had a cancellation and could get me in right away. I was too busy visiting with every one and forgot to tell them not to numb me. Shit. Head felt like it was half frozen for most of the day. Worse then a few seconds of zing if they don't. I work with the public and wasn't able to talk right until mid afternoon. Couldn't think straight either and I'm crazy busy right now especially since I'm getting ready to take some time off. It was a complete waste of time going to work and would have been better to just go home. Forgot to ice my achilles this a.m. and forgot the advil/aleve as well. My head hurts. My heel hurts. I'm tired and wore out. Sipping on my scotch with my achilles iced and the scotch is having no effect. That never bodes well. Damn, I'm not used to whining . No idea it was so much work. OK, done now. Waiting for dinner and best to take some time to listen to tunes and unwind.
  18. Indeed. Happy Birthday my man and many happy returns.
  19. Wishing you a speedy recovery! Glad to hear no further ACL attention required.
  20. Pinewood derbies are great fun. I remember helping my daughter with her Barbie car. She had alot of fun smoking the boys. Good times
  21. Watched MSU/Tennessee game. I'm of the opinion this may be the best NCAA Division I basketball tournament evar unless it's your team that lost. So many close games and "upsets". Good for college basketball. Missed the second game. My oldest daughter and her family arrived for family night. This is where we have a meal, play wii and watch a movie. My job is to entertain the grand kids, all under age 6. Entire family was grouchy when they arrived. At least they were reasonably even keeled when they left. Now? Peace and quiet is restored.
  22. Went to "visit" my mother-in-law. Spent the afternoon listening to music while my bride helped her mother with her taxes. Just got back from dinner with two octogenarians...my mother-in-law and her sold surviving sibling, her brother. I'm always amazed at how long it takes octogenarians to finish a meal. Each bite is truly savored as though it will be their last. Maybe I need to learn from them.
  23. 4 bags Bradfield Organics Luscious Lawn Corn Gluten 9-0-0 fertilizer
  24. M.D. - good news, no heel spur. Achilles injury manifesting itself in the heel. Muffler repair. Found out my Kindergarten grandson has taken up spit balls as a new skill ... in class That should be fun for his parents.
  25. Radiohead ~Hail to the Thief~ Eric Clapton ~The Cream of Clapton~
