We frequent a store in Mackinaw City that has a bat house inside the covered entry way to the store. I've never seen the bats act aggressive and am not worried about rabies in bats. Possible, but more likely with skunks.
My only enounter with a bat was as a stock boy in the local dime store (for those of you who can remember). Bat flying though the store and it became my job to get rid of it. I chose a kitchen style broom. Missed on the first pass. Knocked it down and out on the second pass. Took it out behind the store and released it. Didn't think about it flying right back into the building which it may well have done.
Been a long time since I've been to ER, and that was for our daughters. Only two and half hours from arrival to departure.
I couldn't urinate and was getting spasms of pain in increasing intensity. So a trip to ER. The prostrate swelled shutting things down. The bladder filled but could not void. This caused the pain. Solution? Catheter. Offered immediate relief. Looks like I continue to keep it in until I can talk to my urologist on Monday.
Hoping the swelling goes down and I can remove the tube soon.
Here's to success CJ. Optimism is good.
Haj, hope you feel better and heal.
Me? Had a procedure - cooled thermal therapy. Procedure to shrink my prostrate so that hopefully I won't be up twice an hour all night long. Catheters suck! I'm on rest for the balance of today and restricted physical activity the rest of the week. Get to pull the catheter out my self on Friday, oh joy.
Now to wait for six to eight weeks to see if helps. I'm thinking almost any improvement is worth celebrating.
It's been an emotionally draining day. I may not have explained this very well. My daughters are adults, so my oldest is seeking custody of her children. The soon to be ex is as well. Lot's of allegations I would rather not hear, to be honest about it. Bottom line, butt ugly.
