I wouldn't be so sure, the AE-2 and Pico pretty much cured any hiss issues I've had with various IEM's I've owned or tried. In some cases extreme cases there might still be a bit of underlying noise but it's been low enough that's it's not intrusive in any way. Of course either of those paired with a source that doesn't have an incredible amount of noise like the iPods do then they're pretty much dead quiet.

Yeah, not to organized from the sounds of things. Well after thinking about it a bit even though I think they look great the need to use an adapter for most phones has kind of turned me off, I haven't written them off completely but I think I'll have a further look around and see what else is available. Is anyone actually using a BSE skin on these?

I contacted SwitchEasy because I thought it odd they don't mention Canada. While they don't sell to Canada they did give me the web address of a reseller here, Stuffed Box. It seems they're just getting going and don't have all the models in particular the one I was looking for but I've emailed them to check on availability so we'll see. If not I may well have to ask for some assistance in acquiring one. One thing I did notice, with the 2G Rebel Touch I noticed that unless you're phones have a very small jack then an adapter may have to be used which is a bit of a turn off. I think the Image's would work but the SA6's definitely won't. Or maybe not, I just got an email from Stuffed Box that says "Hi sorry all shipments has been halted by switcheasy. Unfortunately We won't be getting intil further notice." That seems odd seeing as SwitchEasy themselves directed me to them.

Or maybe not, it seems they're only available to US residents.

Holy crap that's nice!!! I actually logged on to ask about skins, I've used BSE skins on my iPods but wasn't sure how well they would work with the touch, if any knows or has suggestions feel free but after seeing that switcheasy case for the touch I'm really tempted to get one of those as it seems the include a screen protector as well.

Thanks everyone! It ended up being a busy day of work, home for a quick supper and open a couple of gifts from the kids (that they made at daycare for me), then back to work until almost 11 pm. It was a pleasant surprise to see this thread today.

This one is one I have temporarily through my work for development purposes but I think I'm going to sell the ole 5G iPod and get a touch instead. I'd get an iPhone but the plans are somewhat expensive with very limited data here in Canada.

It's funny I saw a pre-air of the first episode a few months back, it was missing a few shots and stuff but the most notable difference is the friend is a completely different girl now. Same thing happened with bionic woman when I saw the pre-air of that the sister was a completely different girl.

I thought it was pretty good showing lots of potential. I don't know, I'm kind of fed up with the standard TV crap so I tend to gravitate towards anything different.

Yes they were great when I talked to them back when they first started up, I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised that they're 30 day money back policy applied to Canadians as well. Because I live in such a small place we only have a few audiologists, the one time I poked around it seemed like the cost for impressions was going to be around $100 which turned me off immediately. I should poke around a bit more though.

I'll be looking forward to hearing what you think of them. I've debated the Livewires in the past but even with their return policy the costs for the impressions here are pretty high as well, considering the cross border aspect, the costs involved for shipping them back for a refit could be pretty exorbitant.
