  1. What if you got the Griffin adapter that gives you a mic with any IEM for iPhone? Then you could just get moar adapters to make the 4-pin plug work with a xbox if needed (don't know anything about xBox plugs).
  2. I would bring the T1S
  3. I am very fortunate indeed. I also have a pair of Smegma SFI woodied orthodynamics to go with my Smegma Pro stats.
  4. I've got a tracking number and it's in FedEx hands now - it will arrive on Friday!
  5. I thought I read somewhere that they don't sound much different at all. I'm trying to find it now...
  6. Curious, what would you do with the domains?
  7. If I say that I like the HF-2 moar than my old Moon Audio Cardas re-cabled ATH-AD2000, then you'll be compelled to sell the HF-2 just to spite me.
  8. I plan to be there, Saturday, but probably not Sunday (or Friday).
  9. kelvinz, my curve looks closer to yours than to it does to Hopstretch's, where I commented that I think his is pretty flat. Here is mine, which is still +/- 2dB each direction:
  10. Sent my final payment for Eddie Current ZDT today (sold my Edition 9 and O2 Mk2 for that). It ships tomorrow!
  11. I bought one of those for my HF-1 a while back and it was very nice - worth it for sure. I think I bought a spare one as well, for my woodied recabled SR-60, but I misplaced it.
  12. What was wrong with the CSS the first time around?
  13. I got mine in today - looks pretty flat.
  14. happy getting old day!
  15. Air New Zealand - advert, behind the scenes, and bare essentials safety video wearing nothing but body paint: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elD38pJX7iE]YouTube - Air New Zealand staff have nothing to hide[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnhVcD74i14]YouTube - Air New Zealand staff have nothing to hide - behind the scenes[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-Mq9HAE62Y]YouTube - Bare essentials of safety from Air New Zealand[/ame]
  16. I agree ranks can change with source/amp/music. I think HD800 ranks up there with my O2, HE60, and other hi-end stats.
  17. I could build a supressor out of a 2 liter coke bottle and steel wool, but without a licence or tax stamp it would be illegal.
  18. I just got my email today from OPPO notifying me of the release.
  19. That was exactly my problem with the Amperex "Bugle Boy" GZ34 rectifier in my WA6 at first - but the "pseudo dual power supply upgrade and Sophia Princess 274b rectifier fixed all of that, and vastly improved the separation and soundstage as well (it needed about 80 hours for the tube to settle down, but only 20 hours to sound better than before).
  20. That's fantastic. to micro$oft
  21. I almost dropped my Gamma Pro drivers into the SR-5NB gold edition, but the SR-5NB sound too good to mess with. So, instead I sent the GP to Semggy for 6 months to get them turned into "Smegma Pros" (wood cup Gamma Pro). I picked up the O2 Mk1 ear pads at Audiocubes.
  22. This is Boo Boo Kitty - 4 years old this August. He likes headphones. He hates skunks - his faded or brown color in some of the photos is after using H2O2 and baking soda to get out the smell...
  23. Agreed - a woo amp would be a great choice. I love my maxed WA6 which has some some additional upgrades (pseudo dual power supply and Sophia Princess rectifier). With all the mods and tube upgrade it goes for about $1200 USD, and sounds fantastic with the RS-1, any other Grados, and even HD600/HD800. Side by side with a $2,200 Zana Deux it holds it's own and to me sounded just as good.
  24. I'd like to see a photo of the inside of the case... Please.
