Would you please elaborate?

I'll have to check that. For some reason I can't guess, I don't particularly enjoy his playing either.
-
I don't know Szidon. How do you like Arrau?
-
An argentinian pianist who a friend recommended. Pretty good, I must say.

¡Gracias amigos! Thank you very much. I had a great day. First step in the right direction was getting a couple of days off work so no early bird wake up, no duties and less worries. There were candles, cumpleaños feliz singing, good wines and tasty malt spirits, well wishes and good company. It's kind of fun how year after year the meaning of these dates keeps changing. Today there are more celebrations scheduled, and tomorrow too. Kind of birthday marathon

So many reasons for awesomeness
-
That's why I haven't tried one... besides economical reasons
-
Oh, I didn't mean you should back out, just telling my thoughts. To be honest I haven't tried any of those two beauties on my wrist (yet), I might well be sold on the automatic too. The manual on a black strap is the paradigm of what a dress watch should be.

I'm afraid Cesc is not at his prime, but he's a very good player and hopefully wiser than he was. Premiere is a good show, fun to watch, but its teams tend to sink when in European competitions. We'll see what they can do this year, I'm afraid that Guardiola's style isn't suiting British style so well. Ball control was never a priority in UK, it all started with Cruyff and it permeated Barça, but not many other European temas. No Hollander football fans over here?

Nottingham Analogue if you want to keep it cost (and time searching) sensible, or a Micro Seiki RX8000 if you are ready to spend some time and effort, with a decent 12" arm. Going insane, I don't know, there are lots of expensive nonsensical things these days, just stay away from Clearaudio, please

The present Madrid's president is an oligarch on his own too. He decided to hire Bale for 100M.€ a few years ago, and despite this guy is weaker (from the lesions point of view) and not as elegant, agile, clever and visionary as Morata, we're keeping him instead. Still Benzema is very good and mates very well with Cristiano. The really strong point of this Madrid is the midfield, which is probably as good as it was Barça's at its prime, and that's saying a lot since they were World Champions in 2010. Last century Madrid might have benefited from political decisions, still they were a team and they did what they did with very stringent nationalist policies (only 2 foreign players were allowed and there was no EU, nor free people travelling those days) using their own resources. Sure, Distefano was one of the greatest, as Messi is and still...

I think I'd keep the manual, I love thin watches, despite which I don't own a really thin one
-
What's the difference in thickness from the manual model?
-
Chelsea? with just one Champions League on their shelves? The one and only possible religion is Real Madrid, with Barça as a worthy aspirant to deserve some cult status

The worrying part is its brains are somewhere between China and Siberia. -
RIP Mr Landau.

You may wish to change your location in your profile, then

Yup, they look a bit DIYish, but not worse than any Grado or Hifiman.

If balls are at about 35ºC, perhaps lower, I'm afraid it's hotter here -
What a beauty, Dusty! How does it sound unplugged?

Interesting. Send us YT links

What would be your philosophical heavy mood? Angry? Energetic? Dooming?

Awesome. Making music is one of the most rewarding activities one can spend time doing. And a lot of fun

I'm no fountain pens expert at all, I don't have any of the modern recommended ones, I have a few old fashioned ones from Sheaffer (one was my grandfather's and is probably about 80 years old), old Parkers, Waterman, Cross, a couple of Meisterstücks the big 149 and one smaller LeGrand, all were gifts or inherited, truth is I never bought a fountain pen for me. I've used most of them. The Meisterstück are very nice to use, not very heavy, but kind of big. They don't get much use on these computer days.
