The sad part is that music that most people would like is easily "designed" by AI or even a moronic intelligence.
  2. This, just out of curiosity. They remind me a lot of Dream Theatre, or perhaps Opeth, I don't know, most of these bands sound very much the same to me
  3. Yeasayer - Erotic Reruns Some inoffensive pop to start a sunny Sunday. Someone said it was good.
  4. Sure, though I'd be happier if they didn't spend a silly amount in refurbishing the stadium and part of those 500+M were spent wisely in the rebuilding of the team. Zidane knows his shit but the stupid-know-it-all presi won't let him get what's needed nor free the dough.
  5. Really? OMG. Thanks!
  6. I always get there when it's off air already
  7. We'll see, Madrid's problem isn't only the lack of a goal machine like Cristiano, but who could better or just being an equal to replacement for Modric, Marcelo, Ramos and so many others that are well past their prime? Fortunately Neymar doesn't seem to be in the wishlist anymore
  8. Annie Lennox - Lepidoptera
  9. RIP, Dr. John.

An oldish (2012) article about a pianist and his recording of Ives' Concord sonata. I bet Gould would have loved having a computer and Protools.

I liked the first season quite a bit, I'll watch this 2nd one at some point.
  17. Rest in peace, Niki. For some time he was my favourite driver too. I enjoyed his interviews on recent F1 broadcasts. Will be missed.
  18. It's going to explode
  19. Happy Birthday!!!
  20. RIP, Doris. Appeared in a lot of movies that I enjoyed as a kid.
  21. How could I not to realize it!
  22. Today through a newspaper supplement article I've learnt about Chloe, the 10 year old kid who has a rare disease that only suffer 12 people in the planet. There are millions of people suffering in the World, so why care, you may think. One of the reasons making this case worth our attention is that there's an investigation going on, they know what gene is causing the disease and they know they might be able to produce the missing substance causing the problem. They estimate that the whole process until a cure is produced would cost about 200,000€. The important part, as I see it, is that contributing to this investigation we're opening the door to finding cure to other diseases with similar etiologies. There are plenty of them. This is the website they set up to explain the case, it's in Spanish but they have a translation link. This is the Gofundme site. All donations go to Dr Carles Mantilla of the GTIP institute in Barcelona which works in association with the Carlos III Institute in Madrid. That our government isn't funding this is beyond my understanding capabilities, fortunately scientific findings are global. It's sad that in three months they had only made under 4000€, but thanks to the public exposure the newspaper provided, things are improving pretty fast.
  23. Awesome! Listening to it as well.
  24. Happy Birthday, Ari!
  25. She said she'd prefer a larger one, her current laptop is 13" too. I don't know if it's plastic or metal for sure, I haven't received it yet, but reading comments at Amazon (not necessarily from this very same model, Amazon mixes comments for different versions) someone said they were deceived for it being plastic. We'll see.
