What about the adhesive band in the Post-it paper tags?

Sending them to Birgir for repair sounds like a good option. Do they change both drivers for channel matching? Do the pads and headpad need replacing too? All that seems like overpriced to induce you to get a new pair.

WiMP comes to the UK/US as Tidal
Thanks for the reply, Brent. I'm one of those morons who know that on ABX blind testing won't tell a 320 from a FLAC most of the times, maybe just with very complex, very well known staff would, but somehow I feel tired soon when listening to lossy music on a good system. On a portable with average IEMs it really doesn't matter. Looks like I'll have to investigate Wimp

Brent, why Spotify was good just for background music and Tidal is for attentive listening? Sound quality? Music catalogue? Radio selection? I found your comment quite interesting.

Hehehe, sure, Ken but that's not shipping a pair of tiny IEMs, the 27" iMac is a little something. Then we have the customs, which in these times of need for the administration they won't forgive a single package. A 33% fee on whatever they decide the item is worth could make matters worse. I don't know if the iMacs are universal voltage like the iPhones or other devices, but that could be a problem for warranty purposes, supposing Apple would honor it. I guess they'd do, specially if purchasing the apple care. In any case, thanks a lot

I like my Gamma Pro, but they're a bit uncomfortable. Sound is smooth, clean and pretty balanced, specially considering their current price. I got mine as a present from a friend I still have to find the courage to remove the foam as the Don advised. Kind of scared of screwing off something.

I guessed so, but this is not the US

Here it'd be cheaper getting the iMac with the 8GB RAM standard and purchasing separately the 2 8GB sticks to replace those, than ordering it configured for 16GB from Apple. And that not accounting for an eventual sale of the two 4GB sticks.

Formula 1 Thread
The race wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say epic. I'd like to see way more overtakes, and a more serious fight for the win. It looks like we've become accustomed to a few irrelevant fights being exciting.

And now what did you do TODAY?
This. I wouldn't be worried for myself, in the worst case I'd be worried for the dog. As I see it dogs and cats fight anytime without rabies being involved.

It largely depends on the amplifier and source you're using. Most good headphones have that "problem", like the HD800.

Why didn't you like the CD3000? All the others I can understand.
