If you are going to make sorbet, you definitely need to get the Pacojet 2.
I am glad I have the variable speed on my vitamix, not that I necessarily need the adjustability but I like being able to ramp up to higher speeds, rather than going straight there.

It was pulled pork and was serious yum! Some of the best I can recall having. Bhjazz, if you read this thread, I highly recommend campfire bbq, which has popups at various places around the city.

Nope, the remaining food plans for this trip are all the diet cokes and scotches delta has, and maybe some of those salted chocolate things they offer.
Chocolate is healthy, and peanuts are healthy, so it is practically a superfood.
I had a burger (with duck bacon), onion rings, and a milkshake at BurGR.
