Happy birthday Zoe! I apologize for the number of times you may have seen some of my horrifically-vulgar language on HC chat when your father decides he wants to tussle.

Thanks so much everyone, love ya guys and gals. I spent the majority of yesterday on Michigan Ave. in Chicago with Allison hitting up a bunch of stores for Xmas shopping. We then met my parents, sister, uncle, and two remaining grandparents in Joliet for dinner at my favorite restaraunt in the world - Merichka's. Wonderful day all in all. Thanks again folks.

Vicki, Vicki's friend, Shelly, and Shelly's mom - you'll all be in my thoughts. Absurdly busy day for me. Exam @ 11, turn in film analysis @ 1, case presentation @5, leave Peoria @ 9:30, hopefully arrive in Chicago around midnight. At least my thanksgiving break starts tonight.

Well, not quite a machine, but I've certainly improved from where I was a year ago. Thanks John . The hammy feels perfect today, I guess I didn't mess it up as badly as I thought. My arse is a bit sore from the bike (want to protect myself from the Tice's well-placed comments).

1 mile run + 2 mile bike + 1 1/2 hours of indoor soccer = pulled hamstring. The 2 bayer pills I took are working quite well though.
