Really need a vacuum sealer for beer/wine leftovers and some drying mats for glassware. Hell, maybe some glassware to go with those mats while I'm at it. Colin - looked for and couldn't find the Sous Vide Supreme. Must be in their online "Beyond" store. Brent - hope day #2 goes better for ya. Just gotta keep on keeping on.

Meant to post here yesterday. This week Allison and I have been reaching into the cookbook for dinner every night.
