shop.whiskeybase.com is another good one that comes Mikey-recommended. I've been interested in a few from there but they have a smaller selection.

https://www.masterofmalt.com/ This is somewhat expensive, but definitely less risk than buying full bottles that you haven't tried. I think the real value samples are for the $3-400 bottles where each dram is like $15-20. There is no bar anywhere I know of that would come close to this selection and if there was, similar pours would cost more.

Short follow-up on this - I decided to call the Binny's that had it in stock, and sure enough they've sold more than half of the bottles they had just 2 weeks ago. So I put one on hold @ $89.99. I'm checking if Jeff's store still has any in case it would be cheaper, but I don't want to miss out on a bottle since it got Mikey's approval and is getting crazy good reviews online.
