I read most, but I'm half asleep having been up since 4 and spending most of the day on planes and in the car. So if you had Other Half in there, 1,000 apologies my friend. EDIT - JFC, how did I miss the whole paragraph about it? I should not operate heavy machinery for the remainder of the evening.
^^^ I'm hoping he meant Feb, not April.
If I make it down and we're anywhere near Brooklyn it'd be criminal not to try to get to Other Half Brewing just to grab some stuff to-go.
I'm going to say yes since my best scenario will probably have me in town less than 24hrs. Ideally I'll drive down in the early morning, spend the day with you fools and drive back early the next morning. Currently seeking a copilot... @skullguise
The differing voltage will effect the overall theoretical headroom of the amplifier since they directly set the B+ of the power supply. But unless you're using the Power for something crazy it shouldn't really matter. I don't think you can really "over-volt" the Power with any of the options you've posted. Bottom line, I don't think you can put a "wrong" battery in there as long as it produces somewhere near 9V.
Ouch, that sucks for both you and them. I wonder if all the lappys with blown drivers will end up getting binned or if they'll figure a cost-effective way to repair and resell as refurbs?
Nice, Jeff. My friend Marc and I went out and did some more exploring in the local woods and took a loop I'd previously skipped. It was great, but definitely the most challenging section of the trail so I'm happy to have found it.
