I hope you understand that was 1 of 2 pictures. And it was just an example of the difference. I don't often find Allison hot and less since the end of Buffy.
My standards must be lower than yours.
He's one of the many reasons it's worth watching. And one word in response to your "I don't watch TV" comment: rapidshare. I can't imagine it'll be out on DVD until the summer.
Fit doesn't seem to be an issue, I'm getting a good uniform seal and external pressure on the cups doesn't change the sound in a positive way. I have found that their position on my head does make a difference and I'm not sure I've found the ideal placement yet.
Back on topic:
The second half of my listening session at work yesterday was spent with the bass boost enabled. It filled out the lower end of the cans nicely without getting sloppy, which was a nice surprise. Some of the boost-effect seemed to help with the lower mid issue that I continue to have which was also a bonus. It will be interesting to see if I can achieve the same result with the M3 which has the variable bass boost option. In the mean time I'm going to have a go listening to them out of my Dared knockoff to see what a little tube-drive goodness will do to them but other than that I think I'll shelve further impressions until I have something decent to drive them with.
I'd just call him and ask him. Seriously, I'm sure paid good money for it even as b-stock and only half of it is usable in my book and that makes it not worth keeping.
This seems really weird to me, the part about the Marantz. I would have expected the output of the Zhalou to be pretty normal, like 2Vish and even if it was a good bit higher that it still wouldn't have caused issues with any modern receiver. Do you know what the output specs of the Zhalou are?
There are two buttons at the top of the page next to the "LOGOUT" button that should allow you to toggle both the left and right supplemental columns and allow for a wider message pane. I run with both sidebars shut off so that I get maximum thread space.
