I'm trying to finish up Season 1 of BSG.

Now that I think about it the better option is probably a W10VTG. Can also be had for ~$600 and is clearly better than the W5k in my book.

I'm about to go start it now.

If my used pair comes back for me to sell (currently on loan) I was looking for $550, so they can be had for less.

I greatly prefer rapidshare. Sure, it costs a couple of bucks but opens up a whole world of file sharing.

Hmm, that's not exactly what I wanted to hear but I may take a flier on them anyway. My experiment with the IM716 failed (they don't fit me well) and it'll cost me damn near as much to get custom molds made for my Etys.

He'll come up with some technicality about his brand of wire, or at least that's what he did with the "first in the world Ipod LOD claim" he made earlier this year. He may be a nice guy (and is from what I hear) but he likes to take an awful lot of credit for discoveries that have already been discovered by someone else.

You clearly don't get it. When asking any question it helps to know your audience. Very few of us around here use ALO cables and those that do know enough not to spend $250 on a LOD.

I lied, one more question, Zach. How far do they project from your ears? Bascially I'm looking for something that is a lot more flush than the ER4Ps and it looks the Freq's cable comes out at a bit of an angle and that has me curious.

And I also can't figure out how there would be high-voltage carried by the IC ground that wouldn't seriously f things up.

I can't think of a good way for you to test if the amp is the issue without potentially shocking yourself again so I'm hesitant to offer more advice right now...
